Markus Ohlenforst worked as head of a research group for production metrology at the WZL | RWTH Aachen University. He studied Computational Engineering Science in Aachen and won the Best Junior Engineer Award for his Master Thesis on automated uncertainty determination for On-Machine-Measurements. For his subsequent PHD thesis at the WZL | RWTH Aachen University he was honoured with the Borchers Badge of the RWTH Aachen University for his outstanding research.

Anton graduated in Data Science and Knowledge Engineering at Maastricht University and is now working as machine learning engineering at IconPro. Before IconPro, Anton worked in A.I. applied to the Healthcare Industry. He researched the use of machine learning and various data analysis methods for asthma detection from data generated by analyzing breath.
Dmytro comes from Ukraine and studied computer science with a focus on software systems engineering. He got his master degree from the RWTH Aachen University and works as a software developer in the Apollo team developing our Predictive Maintenance software.
Jesuino comes from Brazil and joined IconPro in 2020 as a developer. Nowadays, he is back in Brazil, but is still part of our team remotely. As part of the Apollo team, he assists in the development and deployment of the IconPro Predictive Maintenance software.
Juliana studies Business Administration at the RWTH Aachen University. She is an assistant manager at IconPro, helping the Management Team with areas such as Accountance, Marketing, and Human Ressources. She is also a photographer and is always in charge of the office pictures.
Lucas studied Mechanical Engineering at the Federal University of Paraná, Brazil, and has worked as student assistant at WZL in Predictive Maintenance of machine tools. Today, he is a full-time software developer in the Apollo development team at IconPro.
Luis studies Mechatronics Engineering at the Federal University of Santa Catarina, in Brazil. After one year internship at IconPro headquarter in Germany, he returned to his home country to work for IconPro as part of the remote team for the Apollo development. During his B.Sc. he took part in a university robotics competition team, in which he focused on applying A.I. in a soccer simulation.
Michael obtained his M.Sc degree in Electrical Engineering from RWTH Aachen University and will soon achieve his second master’s title in Computer Science from the same university. As a software developer at IconPro, he focuses on the development of time-series prediction models for Predictive Maintenance and Energy Management.
Nahid comes from Bangladesh and studies computer science with a focus on data science at the RWTH Aachen Unviersity to get the master degree. At IconPro, Nahid works in the Ares team and drives the capabilities of our software forward.
Navid is currently in the third semester of his Master’s at the RWTH. He is studying Software Systems Engineering and is now ready to deepen his knowledge with a practical experience at IconPro. He is a developer in the Ares team and started assisting us in the development and deployment of this software for Predictive Quality and Process Optimization.
Nils holds two bachelor's degrees, one in communication studies and fundamentals of electrical engineering and one in electrical engineering with a major in computer engineering. He also holds a master's degree in electrical engineering with a major in computer engineering - all of them from the RWTH Aachen University. Nils wrote his master thesis in IconPro in production process parameter optimization using reinforcement learning and started as a full-timer at our company right after that.
Paula comes from Rio, Brazil, where she finished her studies in Production Engineering. She is currently studying for her Master‘s in Business and Administration at the RWTH Aachen University. She is part of the IconPro team for a long time now and works in areas such as Accounting, Human resources, Marketing, and general management of the office and staff.
Paulius Skaigiris has finished his bachelor’s degree with honors in Data Science and Artificial Intelligence at Maastricht University. During his studies, he participated in published research projects and was the president of a 700-member study association. After some experience working as a GIS Developer and teaching children how to code, Paulius joined our team as a full-time data scientist for the Apollo team.
Praneeth obtained his M.Sc degree in Simulation Science at the RWTH Aachen University with a background in Mechanical Engineering (B.Sc) at the Ramaiah Institute of Technology, in India. At IconPro, he is part of the Ares team and assists developing and deploying this software for Predictive Quality and Process Optimization.
Rohan is finishing his studies in Simulation Sciences at the RWTH Aachen University and wrote his master thesis on predictive Machine Learning at Fraunhofer IPT. He works at software developer at IconPro as member of the Ares team.
Bernardo is currently in the 7th semester of his studies in Mechatronic Engineering, at the Federal University of Santa Catarina. He is participating in IconPro projects involving Natural Language Processing, and assists in the development and deployment of our Apollo software for Predictive Maintenance.
Bianca holds a bachelor’s degree in environmental sciences from the College of the Atlantic, USA. She is currently studying for her master’s in Data Science at Maastricht University. She started as an intern at IconPro with the Apollo team for predictive maintenance in areas such as automated time-series analysis and prediction.
Tuan got his engineer degree in computer science at Ha Noi University of Science and Technology. He is now doing his master’s in computer science and is ready to deepen his knowledge with a practical experience at IconPro. He is part of the Ares team, where he assists in developing and deploying this software for Predictive Quality and Process optimization.
Houda studied Data Science at the Higher School of Communications of Tunis. After graduating, she wanted to take the step into the Industry, therefore she joined IconPro in 2021. Since then she has been working on the further development and optimization of the IconPro Ares software for Predictive Quality and Process Optimization.
Our Brazilian colleague graduated in Mechatronics Engineering from the Federal University of Santa Catarina (UFSC) and started with us as a web developer. He joined the APOLLO team, where he is going to work in the full-stack deployment of this software for Predictive Maintenance.
Narek holds a bachelor’s degree in Applied Mathematics and is currently writing his Master’s thesis for his Data Science studies. He is in the ARES team, our software for Predictive Quality, and is assisting in its deployment.
Georgi holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Autonomous Systems and Visual Computing. At IconPro, he is a member of the ARES team and is assisting in the deployment of this software for Predictive Quality and Process Optimization.
Andrei holds a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Computer Science with a focus on Machine Learning and Computer Vision. He has just started as a Machine Learning Engineer at the TSAF team, working on the deployment of our software for Machine Vision, Signal Analysis and Prediction.
Viet holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management and is now studying AI & Data Science at Maastricht University. At IconPro he is part of the TSAF team, assisting in the deployment of our software for Machine Vision, Signal Analysis and Prediction.
Raphael Maas is an Associate at the Boston Consulting Group (BCG). He holds master’s degrees in the fields of Engineering and Business (RWTH Aachen University, Tsinghua University) and has received multiple awards for his academic achievements. Prior to joining BCG, Raphael worked at IconPro assisting the general management as one of the first employees.

Raphael completed his master’s degrees in industrial engineering and mechanical engineering (RWTH Aachen, UW Madison).
