Nils holds two bachelor's degrees, one in communication studies and fundamentals of electrical engineering and one in electrical engineering with a major in computer engineering. He also holds a master's degree in electrical engineering with a major in computer engineering - all of them from the RWTH Aachen University. Nils has been with IconPro for four years, wrote his master's thesis with us, has grown in our company and is now team leader of the ARES project.
Dmytro comes from Ukraine and studied computer science with a focus on software systems engineering. He got his master degree from the RWTH Aachen University and works as a software developer in the Apollo team developing our Predictive Maintenance software. He has been with us for five years and has witnessed the development of the Apollo software from the very beginning. He has now taken over the leadership of this project.

Robert Schmitt is a professor at WZL | RWTH Aachen University. He is a member of the Boards of Directors the WZL as well as of the Fraunhofer IPT. Prof. Schmitt’s focus lies in the combination of measuring, software and assembly technology as well as in the quality-oriented process design.
Raphael Kiesel is head of the department Quality Intelligence at WZL of RWTH Aachen University. He has previously worked as a group leader at the Fraunhofer IPT and as manager of the community of the International Center for Networked, Adaptive Production (ICNAP). Edgar Dietrich founded and led the Q-DAS GmbH & Co. KG. Before, he was professor for technical informatics in Mannheim. Q-DAS software set standards for quality assurance in industrial production with 200.000 users in 8.000 companies worldwide. In 2015, he sold Q-DAS to Hexagon MI. He is author of standard literature in process statistics and chair of the ISO TC 69 SC 4 responsible for all ISO standards for statistical analysis in product and process management.
